Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 28, 2026. Properfame sells LeadFOMO desktop software. These terms incorporate the End User License Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Anti-Spam and Responsible Outreach Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing and Privacy Notice, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Service Delivery Policy.
1. The service
LeadFOMO provides a desktop software application for lawful research of publicly visible business information (the “Software”) and an online portal for managing licenses, devices, billing, and downloads (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Software you agree to these terms. The Software is intended only for lawful local business research, market research, and organisation of publicly available business information.
2. Accounts and activation
- You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials confidential. Actions taken with your account are your responsibility.
- Accounts created at checkout receive a temporary password that must be changed on first sign-in.
- The Software requires activation with a license key and periodic online verification, as described in the EULA.
- You must be able to enter into a contract under the law that applies to you.
3. Licenses
Purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your plan, as detailed in the EULA. Licenses are bound to hardware fingerprints; you can manage and release device bindings from your dashboard. You may not share, resell, or sublicense license keys.
4. Acceptable use
- You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things: unlawful data collection, unauthorised access, bypassing security or technical restrictions, collecting sensitive personal information, harassment, spam, reselling unlawfully obtained data, and fraudulent or harmful use.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites and platforms you research, where those terms apply to you.
- You must comply with applicable data-protection, privacy, telemarketing, and anti-spam laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local equivalents) in how you collect, store, use, and act on any data.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or tamper with the Software's licensing and integrity mechanisms.
5. Time-limited access and renewal
Monthly and yearly plans provide access for the period shown at purchase and do not renew automatically. You can renew manually from your dashboard. Access continues until the paid period ends. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases valid for the supported life of the product. When paid access ends, paid research tools pause; records already saved on your computer remain yours.
6. Price, payment, taxes, fulfilment, and refunds
Checkout shows the selected plan, payable amount, and delivery timeline before payment. Displayed pricing includes all applicable taxes; no separate tax is added at checkout, and the invoice records the applicable tax treatment. Access is issued only after payment confirmation by the payment provider. There is no free trial. Every purchase is covered by our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if the Software cannot be installed or made to run on your supported computer, and our support team cannot resolve it after remote AnyDesk troubleshooting requested within 7 days of purchase, we refund the purchase in full. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, non-use, or minor bugs while the Software is otherwise functional. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy for the full conditions and process.
7. Availability, updates, and third-party services
- We may release security and compatibility updates; the portal and Software may notify you when a newer build is available.
- We aim for high availability of the licensing service, and eligible plans include an offline grace period to tolerate temporary outages, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
- The Software depends on third-party sources and components we do not control. Sources can change, restrict, or remove public availability at any time, which can reduce or interrupt specific features. Such changes are not defects in the Software.
8. Intellectual property
The Software, portal, branding, and documentation are the property of Properfame and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Data you collect from third-party sources is not licensed to you by Properfame; any rights and responsibilities in that data are between you, the sources, and the parties the data concerns.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the incorporated policies, including license sharing, prohibited use, or abuse of the Service. Where practical we will notify you and, for remediable violations, give you an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature survive termination (including liability limits and indemnification) survive.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information collected from third-party sources, or that any source will remain available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and no disclaimer in these terms removes responsibilities that the law places on us.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Properfame against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Software or Service, your violation of these terms or the incorporated policies, data you collected or used, or communications you sent. This does not apply to claims caused by our own breach of these terms or our own unlawful conduct.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via the portal or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Contact
