Terms and Conditions

1. The service

LeadFOMO provides a desktop software application for research of publicly visible business information (the “Software”) and an online portal for managing licenses, devices, billing, and downloads (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Software you agree to these terms.

2. Licenses

Purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your plan. Licenses are bound to hardware fingerprints; you can manage and release device bindings from your dashboard. You may not share, resell, or sublicense license keys.

3. Acceptable use

  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites and platforms you collect data from.
  • You must comply with applicable data-protection and anti-spam laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local equivalents) when using collected data.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or tamper with the Software's licensing and integrity mechanisms.

4. Time-limited access and renewal

Monthly and yearly plans provide access for the period shown at purchase and do not renew automatically. You can renew manually from your dashboard. Access continues until the paid period ends. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases valid for the supported life of the product.

5. Price, payment, fulfilment, and refunds

Checkout shows selected plan, payable amount, and delivery timeline before payment. Access is issued only after payment confirmation. See Refund and Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy for conditions and process.

6. Availability and updates

We may release security and compatibility updates. The portal and Software may notify you when a newer build is available. We aim for high availability of the licensing service, and eligible plans include an offline grace period to tolerate temporary outages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including license sharing or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via the portal or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
