Try before you buy

The trial plan exists so you can validate LeadFOMO on your machine and your market before paying. We strongly recommend starting there.

Ordinary cancellation and refund position

Digital products, downloads, licenses, subscriptions, customised work, consulting, advertising services, website-development services, and other services are ordinarily non-cancellable and non-refundable once work, access, delivery, or account activation has begun. This is not an absolute exclusion: rights required by applicable Indian law, consumer-protection requirements, card-network rules, banking rules, or Cashfree requirements remain available.

When refunds may apply

  • Confirmed duplicate payment, proven unauthorised transaction, or incorrect charge.
  • Payment was debited but no confirmed order was created because of a technical payment failure.
  • Properfame fails to provide the purchased service after confirmed payment and reasonable support review.
  • Software fails on a supported system and support cannot resolve it within 7 days of complete report.
  • A refund is required under applicable law or binding provider, bank, card-network, or Cashfree requirements.

Examples not ordinarily eligible

  • Change of mind after activation of a paid license.
  • Temporary source-site changes or unavailable public fields where the desktop software itself remains functional.
  • Violations of the Terms of Service, including license sharing.

How to request and timeline

Open a dashboard support ticket or use Contact Us within 14 days of purchase where possible. Include account email, order ID or invoice number, payment date and amount, reason, and supporting evidence. We acknowledge complete requests within two business days and aim to decide within seven business days. Approved refunds are initiated to original payment method; provider and bank settlement times apply.
