What is delivered

Paid plans provide a software license for the duration, device limit, and features stated on the selected plan and checkout screen. The service does not include managed marketing, advertising, custom development, human research, third-party subscriptions, or promised commercial outcomes unless a written order specifically says otherwise.

Fulfilment process and timeline

After Cashfree confirms payment, the portal creates the license and shows it in the customer dashboard. Published installers are available from Downloads. This normally occurs after confirmation; pending, failed, or risk-reviewed payments are not delivered until confirmed. If access is not available within one business day after confirmed payment, contact support with order ID and account email.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, billing, and contact details.
  • Use supported operating systems and browser requirements shown in documentation.
  • Comply with source-site terms and applicable law when collecting or using data.
  • Keep license credentials confidential and do not share or resell them.

Installation support and the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

There is no free trial. If the software cannot be installed or cannot be made to run on a supported machine, contact support within 7 days of purchase. Our team troubleshoots the issue with the customer through a remote AnyDesk session at no cost. If we cannot install the software or make it run on that supported machine, the purchase is refunded in full under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, non-use, or minor bugs while the software is otherwise functional; reported bugs are prioritised instead, and most bug fixes are released within 2–3 business days.
