Grievance Redressal

How to submit
Submit request through Contact Us or dashboard support. Mark subject “Grievance” and include name, account email, order ID or invoice number, payment date and amount, issue description, relevant screenshots, and requested resolution. Do not submit card or bank credentials.
Review and response
We acknowledge a complete grievance within two business days and aim to provide a substantive response within seven business days. Complex payment or technical investigations can take longer; we will share status and any additional information required.
Payment and refund concerns
For duplicate charges, unauthorised transactions, failed delivery, incorrect charges, or debited payments without confirmed order, include Cashfree order/payment reference and bank transaction reference where available. Approved refunds are initiated to original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times apply.
